Notice is hereby given that the Bottle Bay Recreational Water & Sewer District in Bonner County, Idaho will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday the 15th of August at 7:00 p.m. at the maintenance building located at 1456 Bottle Bay Road, for the purpose of explaining its proposed budget for the Fiscal Year 2006 and hearing property owners' objections hereto. The regularly scheduled monthly meeting will be held at the conclusion of the Public Hearing.

Notice is further given that the proposed Fiscal Year 2006 budget for the Bottle Bay Recreational Water and Sewer District, which will be the subject at the above hearing is as follows:

PROPOSED BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2006-07

CITY OF SANDPOINT, IDAHO

The public hearing for the City of Sandpoint proposed budget for Fiscal year 2006-07 will be held at City Hall, 1123 Lake, Sandpoint, Idaho, at 5:30 P.M. on Wednesday, August 16, 2006. All interested persons are invited to appear and show cause, if any, why such budget should or should not be adopted. Copies of the proposed City budget in detail are available at the City Hall during regular office hours.

I, Maree Peck, City Clerk of the City of Sandpoint, Idaho do hereby certify that the above is a true and correct statement of the proposed expenditures and revenues for fiscal year, 2006-07, all of which have been tentatively approved and entered at length in the journal of proceedings. Citizens are invited to attend the public hearing above-referenced.
