NOTICE OF HEARING on Name Change

A Petition to change the name of Susan Elizabeth Rookey, born 6-26-64, in Moscow, Idaho, residing at 2910 Ontario St., Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho, as Case No. CV-2006-00656. The name will change to Susan Elizabeth Morton, because it is my birth name and I want it back. The petitioner's father is living and his address is HCRI Box 333I Naples ID 83847. The petitioner's mother is living and her address is 917 8th St., Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:00 o'clock a.m. on September 11, 2006, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a name change.
