NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Kootenai, Bonner County, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at the city council meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m., on Monday, the 21st day of August, 2006, at 204 Spokane Street, Kootenai, Idaho, the purpose of which is to consider the adoption of the following fee schedule relating to land use applications.

A. Application Fees:

Conditional or special use permit application: $500.00

Zone change application: $1000.00

Subdivision application:

4 lots or less $ 500.00 + $50.00 per lot

Over 4 lots $1000.00 + $50.00 per lot

Annexation application $900.00

Right of Way Vacation application $500.00 + actual cost of

advertising and recording

Comprehensive Plan Change application $500.00 + actual cost of

advertising and recording

Planned Unit Development application $1000.00 + $50.00 per building lot

Variance application $500.00

All persons desiring to be heard concerning amending the fee schedule should be in attendance. Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Kootenai, P.O. Box 566, Kootenai, Idaho 83840, one week prior to the hearing date.
