Josephine Gullo, 82, passed away on Friday, Aug. 4, 2006, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

A visitation will be on Sunday, Aug. 13, 2006, at Coffelt's Funeral Chapel from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, Aug. 14, 2006, at Coffelt's Funeral Chapel, 109 N. Division St., Sandpoint, Idaho. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park Cemetery.

Josephine was born on Feb. 29, 1924, in Buffalo, N.Y., the daughter of Pasquale and Maria LaCorte.

She married Sam Gullo in 1942 and in 1945 moved to California.

Josephine lived in Temple City for approximately 40 years and then retired to Lompoc, Calif., until 2003. Upon the death of her husband she moved to Sagle, Idaho.

Josephine enjoyed church activities, cooking, playing the piano, knitting, gardening, shopping and being with her family.

She is survived by sons, Tony Gullo of Redmond, Ore., and David (Debi) Gullo of Sandpoint; daughters, Donna (Virgil) Forker of Sagle, Idaho, and Marianne (Jerry) Kelley of Colorado Springs, Colo.; brothers, Ted LaCorte of Arcadia, Calif., Sam LaCorte of Huntington Harbor, Calif., and Tom LaCorte of Sonora, Calif.; a sister, Carmella LaCorte of Sun City, Ariz.; and 13 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded by her husband of 60 years, Sam Gullo; sister, Carol Spinelli; brother, Tony LaCorte; and sister, Rose LaCorte.

Mom will be remembered for her love and devotion to her husband and family. We love and miss you Mom.
