Community's generosity makes this area special

I would like to thank all those people who prayed and sent money and gifts for my son, Riley Heacock, after he suffered a head injury and was diagnosed with a tumor. The support from this community was truly overwhelming. I can't thank people enough for the nice things they've done for us.

If our experience is any indication of what Sandpoint is all about, this has to be one of the nicest places in the world to live. On behalf of my family, thank you all so much.
