NOTICE OF HEARING on Name Change

A Petition to change the name of Saramaya Faye Weissman-Jackson, born 2/5/88, in Show Low, AZ, now residing at P.O. Box 1762, Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to Saramaya Faye Weissman, because Jackson is my father's name and I don't consider him a part of my life. The petitioner's father is living and his address is P.O. 1785 Forks, WA 98331. The petitioner's mother is P.O. Box 1762 Sandpoint, ID, 83864. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on September 11, 2006 at the Bonner County Courthouse before the Honorable Barbara Buchanan. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a name change.
