NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That declarations of candidacy for the office of sub district 3 Commissioner, Sagle Fire District, must be filed at the main station office 2689 Gun Club Road, Sagle, ID 83860 no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 1, 2006. Such declaration forms are available at the same office, or at the office of the County Clerk.

Individuals who run as write-in candidates must file a declaration of intent no later than October 13, 2006.

You have been sued by Genevieve Crane, Irene Carlson and Gloria Malcolm, the Plaintiffs, in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-06-01247.

The nature of the claim against you is to quiet title to real property.
