BEGINNING AT A POINT MONUMENTED WITH A 5/8" REBAR WITH A YELLOW PLASTIC CAP STAMPED "5713 LS", SAID POINT BEING ON THE EAST-WEST CENTER LINE OF SAID SECTION 33 AND ON THE SAID WEST LINE OF THE BNSF RR, AND BEARS NORTH 89°58'09" WEST, A DISTANCE OF 1410.49 FEET FROM THE EAST QUARTER CORNER OF SAID SECTION 33, WHICH IS MARKED WITH AN ALUMINUM CAP MONUMENT AS SHOWN ON SAID RECORD OF SURVEY; THENCE NORTH 89°58'09" WEST ALONG SAID CENTERLINE, A DISTANCE OF 32.54 FEET TO SAID EAST LINE OF SAID WARRANTY DEED; THENCE NORTH 00°11'30" WEST ALONG SAID EAST LINE,A DISTANCE OF 898.84 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT—OF—WAY OF SAID HOMESTEAD ROAD; THENCE SOUTH 85°11'18" EAST ALONG SAID ROAD RIGHT-OF—WAY, A DISTANCE OF 45.39 FEET TO SAID WEST LINE OF THE BNSF RR; THENCE SOUTH 00°37'12" WEST ALONG SAID WEST LINE, A DISTANCE OF 895.10 FEET TO SAID 5/8" REBAR AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND ANY AND ALL PERSONS CLAIMING ANY INTEREST IN AND TO SAID PROPERTY WHOSE NAMES ARE UNKNOWN.
