Doris O. Wagner, 86

Doris O. Wagner, 86, passed away in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, on Friday, Aug. 18, 2006.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 26, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Pastor Chuck Aase will be officiating.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Park

Doris was born in Wolf Point, Mont., daughter of Stanley and Emma (Michaelsen) Brabant on Sept. 23, 1919.

She came to the Sandpoint area in the early '30s, later moving to the Coeur d'Alene area and graduating from Coeur d'Alene High School in 1938.

For many years Doris was the custodian for Trinity Lutheran Church in Coeur d'Alene. She later retired for health reasons, in the early 1990s.

She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church and enjoyed sewing, knitting, doing craft work, and cooking.

She is survived by three children, Kathy (and Larry) Locke of Coeur d'Alene, Dwain (and Dianne) Wagner of Salem, Ore., and Darrell (and Nancy) Wagner of Spokane, Wash.; two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Wesley, Verle, and Austin; and a sister, Ardyce Graves.
