NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 13h day of September, 2006, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. A special use request by Ron Robinson of Aspen Village for residential uses (88

condominium units in four buildings) in the commercial zone. Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Starrs First Addition, Located on the north side of Kootenai Cutoff Road west of McNearney Road. Known as the former Gunning properties.

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City Clerk's office five (5) days prior to the meeting at 265-5468 or by mail.
