NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kevin M. Daniels, whose mailing address in 115 Lower Quartz Creek Road, Priest River, ID 83856, has been appointed personal representative of the above named decedent. All persons having claims against the decedent or his estate are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice or said claims will be forever barred. Claims must be in writing, stating the basis of the claim, the name and address of the claimant, and the amount claimed. Claims must be delivered or mailed tot eh personal representative and also filed with the Clerk of the Court.
