TO: CHARLES A. ROSE and ALPHA L. ROSE, husband and wife; RODNEY T. ROSE and MARY ROSE, husband and wife; and, each unknown party, whose true name is unknown, being an unknown owner, or an unknown heir or devisee of a deceased unknown owner, claiming nay right, title, claim or interest in or to the following-described real property: Parcel 1, being the West 300 feet of the East 900 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho; and, Parcel 2, being the East 300 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho:.

You have been sued by ARLENE MILLER LINDBERG, as Trustee of the 2002 Arlene Miller Lindberg Revocable Trust dated February 4, 2002, and VELMA L. REECE, now known as Velma L. Pritchett, a married woman dealing with her sole and separate property, the Plaintiffs, in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-2006-00949.

The nature of the claim against you is to quieting of title to real property.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at the office of, 215 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, (208)265-1432, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiff's attorney at the office of, Stephen F.
