A Petition by LAURA MAAS, as the natural mother of MARIAH LAVADA STYRON, a minor child born on September 7, 1994, and AUSTIN DALE STYRON a minor child born on December 9, 1996 in Citrus County, State of Florida, now residing at 4119 Colburn Culver Rd., Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, proposing a change Mariah's name to MARIAH LAVADA MAAS and Austin's name to AUSTIN DALE MAAS has been filed in the above-entitled court. The reason for this change in name being that Mariah and Austin's mother, Laura Maas, would like MARIAH and AUSTIN to share a common last name with their mother, Laura Maas. MARIAH and austin's father is GREGORY SCOTT STYRON, residing at 800 Broxson Rd., Holt, Florida 32564.

Such Petition will be heard at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on October 23, 2006, before Judge Buchanan, at the Bonner County Courthouse, Sandpoint, Idaho. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
