ORDINANCE AMENDING PONDERAY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTIONS 6-401, 6-405
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING PONDERAY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 6-401 TO PROVIDE THAT VEHICLES STOPPING, STANDING OR PARKING ON EITHER SIDE OF SH-200 BETWEEN MILEPOSTS 30.680 TO 31.030 IS PROHIBITED; A MENDING PONDERAY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 6-405(d) TO PROVIDE SET PENALTIES; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, IDAHO:
Section 1.00.
Ponderay Municipal Code S 6-401 is hereby amended to add subsection j as follows:
(j) The stopping, standing or parking of any motor vehicle, as defined by
Chapter 1, Title 49, Idaho Code, on either side of SH-200 between mileposts 30.680 and 31.030 is prohibited.
Section 2.00.
Ponderay Municipal Code S 6-405 (d) is hereby amended as follows:
(d) The penalty and fee for a violation of S 6-401(g), S 6-401(i), S 6-401(j) shall be the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) which shall be paid within seven (7) days of the violation; if said sum is not paid within seven (7) days of the violation, the penalty and fee shall increase to the sum of Twenty Dollars ($20.00) if paid within fourteen (14) days of said violation.
Section 3.00.
Any Section in this Chapter referencing the City of Ponderay's mailing address as P. O. Box 807 shall hereafter be amended to show P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho.
Section 4.00.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the Bonner County Daily Bee, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Sandpoint and the official newspaper of the City of Ponderay and hereby declared to be the official newspaper for the publication of this Ordinance.

ORDINANCE NO. 246
The of Clark Fork, Idaho hereby gives notice of the adoption of Clark Fork Ordinance No. 246, an ordinance of the City of Clark Fork, Idaho, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, regulating the care and responsibilities of ownership of animals; establishing the purpose of the ordinance; defining terms as used in the ordinance; providing reporting and responsibilities associated with the disease of rabies in aninmals; providing care and control provisions; providing standards for maintenance of multiple animals; pproviding dof licensing requirements; restricting ownership of non-domestic and farm animals; providing enforcement and severability of ordinance provisions; providing misdemeanor criminal penalties for violations punishable as a misdemeanor, subject to imprisonment in a county jail not exceeding six (6) months, or by a fiine not exceeding on ethousand ($1,000) dollars, or by both; repealing ordiannce number 213; providing that the ordinance shall be effective following its passage and publication according to law. The full text of Ordinance No. 246 may be obtained in the City's Clerk's office located behind City Hall, 110 E. 3rd Ave., Clark Foork, Idaho between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon weekdays.

PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Clark Fork City Council will be holding a public hearing, on Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at 6:30 PM at the Clark Fork City Hall, 110 E. 3rd Street, Clark Fork, Idaho to give citizens the oppurtunity to comment. The Public HEaring will ne for a Variance Request by Trillion Incorporated to erect a 130 foor tapered-steel monopole communication structure on the Clark Fork Jr/Sr High School grounds. Any person wishing to see the proposed request oor would like to make written comments, should contact the City of Clark Fork seven days prior to the meeting.
