Sandpoint, Moscow tie

MOSCOW — Becca Stone had a goal and an assist and Brittany Clawson added two assists as the Bulldogs tied host Moscow 3-3 Thursday.

After falling behind 2-0, Brittany Oakley headed in a cross by Stone and Ali Kiselica scored off a corner kick by Clawson to tie the game at 2-2. Stone scored in the 74th minute to take the lead, before Moscow scored in extra minutes for the tie.

"We played our best game yet as far as possession and combination play," said Bulldogs' coach Adam Tajan. "We just made some bad defensive errors that they capitalized on."

Sandpoint (1-1-1) out shot the Bears 15-7, and Michelle Brothers had four saves in goal for the Bulldogs.

Sandpoint hosts Eisenhower High School Saturday at 4 p.m.
