NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 5, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of the Successor Trustee at 218 Cedar Street, Suite 203, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, Terry L. Jensen, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States of America, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Bonner, State of Idaho, and described as follows:

Lots 11 and 12 in Block 18 of Farmin's Addition to Sandpoint, Idaho, according to the plat thereof , recorded in Book 1 of Plats, page 155, records of Bonner County, Idaho. The purported -physical address of the property is 521 N. Third Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho.

The Trustee has no knowledge of a more particular description of the above referenced real property, but for purposes of compliance with Section 60-113 Idaho Code, information may be obtained from Terry Jensen, Attorney at Law 218 Cedar Street, Suite 203, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, (208)265-9564.

Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding title, possessions or encumbrances to satisfy the obligation secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in the Deed of Trust executed on March 25th, 2005 by Big Sky Paramedics, LLC, a Montana Limited Liability Company, as Grantor, to First American Title Company, Inc., an Idaho corporation, as Trustee, and said Trustee having resigned and the Beneficiary having appointed Terry L. Jensen, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, for the benefit and security of Frank E. Linscott and Carol Linscott, husband and wife, as Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust having been recorded on March 29, 2005, as Instrument No. 673154, official records of Bonner County, Idaho.

THE ABOVE GRANTORS ARE NAMED TO COMPLY WITH SECTION 45-15-6(4)(a), IDAHO CODE. NO REPRESENTATION IS MADE THAT SAID GRANTOR IS, OR IS NOT, PRESENTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS OBLIGATION.

The default for which this sale is to be made is the failure of the Grantor to comply with the terms of said Deed of Trust, as follows:

1) For failure to make the payments due on September 28, 2005; March 28, 2006, and September 28, 2006, of accrued interest, in the total amount of $64,594.50, as specified in the Promissory Note;

2) Failure to pay real property taxes for the year 2005; and

3) Failure to pay escrow and default fees in the amount of $160.00.

The principal balance owing as of the date hereof on the obligation secured by said Deed of Trust is in the amount of $430,630.00, plus accrued interest at the rate of 10% per annum from March 28, 2005, plus late charges, if any, service charges, and any other costs or expenses associated with this foreclosure as provided by the Deed of Trust or Deed of Trust Note or by Idaho law.

ORDINANCE NO. 4-39

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, SETTING NEW SPEED LIMITS ON TRIANGLE DRIVE, SCHWEITZER PLAZA DRIVE, BONNER MALL WAY, TIBBETTS LANE AND FONTAINE DRIVE.

WHEREAS: A speed survey has been conducted for the above named public streets lying within the City of Ponderay;

WHEREAS: The above named streets are not classified as arterials;

WHEREAS: Title 49 of the Idaho Code grants municipalities authority to set speed limits within their boundaries.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, IDAHO:

Section 1.00.

The speed limit for Triangle Drive, Schweitzer Plaza Drive, Bonner Mall Way, Tibbetts Lane and Fontaine Drive shall be twenty-five (25) mph within the City of Ponderay.

Section 2.00.

Penalties for violations of the speed limit shall be in accordance with Title 49 of the Idaho Code.

Section 3.00.

The new speed limit shall be posted in accordance with Title 49 of the Idaho Code and rules set forth by the Idaho Department of Transportation.

Section 4.00.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the Bonner County Daily Bee, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Sandpoint and the official newspaper of the City of Ponderay and hereby declared to be the official newspaper for the publication of this Ordinance.

ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the City of Ponderay on the 4th day of December, 2006.

NOTICE TO CALL FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that the Bonner County Board Of Commissioners Will be accepting Sealed Bids on One (1) Motor Grader.

Bids will be opened on the 19th day of December, 2006 at 9:30 A.M. in the Commissioner's Office at the Bonner County Courthouse, Sandpoint, Idaho.

Bid specifications, bidder's instructions and bid submittal forms are available from the office of the Bonner County Road and Bridge Department, 4100 McGhee Road Suite C. Sandpoint, Id 83864.

All bids must be presented or otherwise delivered to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners prior to the opening, and shall be sealed. Bids shall be clearly labeled, "2007 Motor Grader Bid" and shall be submitted to the Bonner County Commissioners, 215 S. First Ave., Sandpoint, Id 83864.

The board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to increase or decrease as needed and determined by the Director of Road and Bridge. To waive formalities which do not affect the essential fairness of the bidding process and to accept the bid they deem to be in the best interest of the county.

All Bidders shall be in compliance with all applicable Idaho Codes
