You have been sued by STEVEN A. WOOD and LOUISE A. WOOD, the Plaintiffs, in the District Court of the First Judicial District in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV 06-02033.
The nature of the claim against you is for quiet title to the real estate described as:
All that portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 58 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, lying East of the present county road.
Excepting therefrom a parcel of land being on the northeasterly side of the centerline of U.S. Highway No. 95, Project No. I-FR-5116(71) Highway Survey, and being a portion of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 58 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section13, Township 58 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian; thence South 89°118'41" East along the South line of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 13 a distance of 697.85 feet to a point on the easterly right of way line of existing U.S. Highway No. 95 which bears South 76°10'57" East 29.03 feet from Station 330+06.96 of said U.S Highway No. 95, Project No. I-FR-5116(71) Highway Survey and being the real point of beginning; thence North 10°55'00" East along said existing easterly right of way line 1341.32 feet to a point in the North line of said Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter and bears South 75°33'00" East 11.84 feet from Station 344+37.88 of said Highway Survey; thence South 89°14'26" East along said North line 70.18 feet to a point in a line parallel with and 80.0 feet easterly from the centerline and bears South 75°22'54" East from Station 344+54.73 of said Highway Survey; thence along parallel line as follows:
Southwesterly along a 5649.58 foot radius curve left 373.72 feet to a point opposite Station 340+75.72 of said Highway Survey; South 10°49'42" West 679.85 feet to a point opposite Station 333+95.87 of said Highway Survey; southwesterly being a 5809.58 foot radius curve right 291.20 feet to a point in the South line of said Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter and bears South 76°17'59" East 80.0 feet from Station 331+08.68 of said Highway Survey; thence North 09°18'41" West along said South line 52.33 feet to the real point of beginning.
Together with all right, title, and interest of the Grantor in and to that portion of existing U.S. Highway No. 95 abutting Parcel No. 120 above described.
Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this Summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at Bonner County Courthouse, 215 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, whose telephone number is (208)265-1432, and served a copy of your response on the plaintiffs' attorney Gary A. PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing for a conditional use permit request to construct a guest house by Linda Gregor of 504 Pringle Ave, Hope, ID 83836. The property is more particularly described as: Lots 24 and 25 in Block 1 of Pringles Addition of East Hope. These two residential lots currently contain only one single family residence and the proposed guest house will be located within the existing accessory structure on the subject property.
The public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, January 9th, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. at the East Hope City Hall located at 505 Wellington Place, East Hope, ID.
