Brandy Post, 24, Jayson Mitchell, 35, and their infant son Benjamin Mitchell, 5 months, passed away on Monday, Dec. 18, 2006, at their home in Cocolalla, Idaho.

Memorial services for Brandy, Ben and Jayson will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006, at the Sagle Senior Center, 650 Monarch Rd, Sagle, with Pastor Abbott officiating. A potluck reception will follow immediately after the service.

Brandy was one of the most interesting and unique individuals of her time. She had a way about her that attracted the crowds to her. She was beautiful, funny, intelligent and even sarcastic some days, but that is what made Bran exclusively her.

She was born on July 13, 1982 in Renton, Wash., where she lived a few short years before moving to Idaho.

Brandy was a spirited child who possessed an amazing imagination, which she used to get her older brother into trouble. She made it through grade school as well as junior high making decent grades, but like some teenagers she decided to take the other path through high school making her own way.

By doing this she made many friends and became a part of a few other families. Despite those few years she became bound and determined to finish high school. She graduated and moved out on her own where she began to look at the rest of her life and what she really wanted for her future.

Even though she didn't care for school she decided to become a certified nursing assistant. She worked so hard getting her certificate and working with the elderly afterward. The joy that she showed when she completed her schooling was only surpassed when she found out that she was to become a mother.

The joy that she showed during her pregnancy made her glow. It was during the end of her pregnancy that she took her leave from work and decided to become a full-time mother. Little Benjamin Wesley was born just one day before his mother's birthday on July 12 of this year.

Benjamin was born just under a whopping nine pounds and decided he just wanted to get bigger. Within 4 months Brandy lost all of her baby fat by lugging around little "Buggie" who now weighed in at 17 pounds. She spent these last five months since Benjamin was born, raising her son and building a life with her boyfriend Jayson, her son's father.

She leaves behind two brothers, two sisters, a mother and a grandmother. She takes with her, her baby son, her baby's father, and all our prayers that she is now with God in heaven.
