In accordance with IDPA 13.01.16750.02, Governing the Trapping of Predatory and Unprotected Wildlife and Taking of Furbearing Animals provides that the 2005-2006 take season for river otter shall remain open until a total of 15 otters have been harvested in the Panhandle Region. This quota has been met.

For further information, contact the regional furbearer biologist in Coeur d'Alene, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 208-769-1414.

Pursuant to authority delegated by the Idaho Fish and Game Commission, the Secretary of the Idaho Fish and Game Commission hereby orders that the 2005-2006 river otter take season in the Panhandle Region be closed, effective immediately.
