Robert 'Bob' Dreisbach, 77

Robert "Bob" Dreisbach, 77, passed away, Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2006, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 4, 2006, at the First Presbyterian Church in Sandpoint with the Rev. Dr. Nancy Copeland-Payton officiating. Masonic Rites by Lakeside Lodge No. 42 A.F. & A.M. will follow. Private inurnment will take place at the Lakeview Cemetery Niche Wall.

Bob was born in Sandpoint on Sept. 24, 1928 ,to Harry and Ella (Erickson) Dreisbach. He grew up and attended schools in Sandpoint, graduating in 1946. After high school, he went on to attend college.

Bob married Deloris Sell on June 11, 1950, at the First Presbyterian Church.

The couple made their home in Lewiston where Bob worked for Dave's Drug for 12 years. The family then moved to Moscow and Bob worked for McKesson & Robbins Wholesale Drug Co. Bob retired in 1988 and, in 1991, he and Dee moved to Sandpoint.

Bob was an active member of First Presbyterian Church where he served as elder, was a member of Lakeside Lodge No. 42 A.F. & A.M. and Past Worshipful Master of Paradise Lodge No. 17 A.F. & A.M. in Moscow, member of the Shrine, and past member of Rotary International and B.P.O. Elks. He enjoyed fishing, skiing and golf.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Deloris Dreisbach of Sandpoint; a son, Brian (Charlie) Dreisbach of Stevensville, Mont.; a daughter, Kimber (Jim) Meyer of Moscow, Idaho; grandchildren, Erik (Lindsi) Dreisbach of Juneau, Alaska, Earl Dreisbach of Spokane, Wash., Nathan (Allison) Meyer of Champagne, Ill., and Sarah (Kenneth) Benjamin of Port Orchard, Wash.; and two brothers, Harry (Marg) Dreisbach of Sandpoint and Phillip (Jeanne) Dreisbach of Hope, Idaho.

Bob was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Evelyn, Louise, and Sandra; and a brother, Morris.
