Why is county using wrong data on airport?

Question: How can Bonner County commissioners use incorrect data to justify airport expansion and solicit FAA grants to pay for expansion without questioning the airport master plan and the airport advisory board about the source of the data, knowing that the expansion will result in much higher maintenance costs to Bonner County taxpayers for the airport?

I believe the data may be skewed by more than 50 percent.
