The Trustee has no knowledge of a more particular description of the above referenced real property, but for purpose of compliance with Idaho Code, Section 60-113, the Trustee has been informed that the street address of, 921 RIVERSIDE ROAD, PRIEST RIVER, ID 83856 is sometimes associated with said real property. Bidders must be prepared to tender the trustee the full amount of the bid at the sale in the form of cash, or a cashier's check drawn on a state or federally insured savings institution. Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession or encumbrances to satisfy the obligation secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in that certain Deed of Trust. The default for which this sale is to be made is: Failure to pay the monthly payment due 10/01/2005 of principal, interest and impounds and subsequent installments due thereafter; plus late charges, with interest currently accruing at 6.625% per annum; together with all subsequent sums advanced by beneficiary pursuant to the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, and any supplemental modifications thereto.
