NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that either Neil P. Moss, Executive Director of the Idaho Health Facilities Authority, an independent public body politic and corporate under Idaho law (the "Authority"), or his designee, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, February 23, 2006, at 1:00 p.m., at Bonner General Hospital, 520 N. Third Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, in the 1st floor classroom, for the Authority regarding a plan to issue its Idaho Health Facilities Authority Promissory Note or Revenue Bonds, Series 2006 (Bonner General Hospital Project) in the principal amount of not to exceed $13,500,000 (the "Series 2006 Note"). The proceeds of the Series 2006 Note will be provided to Bonner General Hospital, Inc., a private, nonprofit Idaho corporation (the "Health Institution") to finance: (i) the costs of refunding approximately $8,675,000 outstanding principal amount of the Authority's Promissory Note dated August 31, 2000, issued to U.S. Bank National Association to finance certain healthcare facilities of the Health Institution; (ii) the cost of refinancing certain equipment loans or leases of the Health Institution; (iii) the costs of acquisition and/or construction of healthcare facilities and related equipment for Bonner General Hospital; (iv) the cost of funding a debt service reserve fund to secure the Series 2006 Note; and (v) the costs incurred in connection with the issuance of the Series 2006 Note. The Health Institution is the owner and operator of the Bonner General Hospital, which is located at 520 N. Third Avenue in Sandpoint, Idaho. A portion of the Bonner General Hospital is located on real property owned by the City of Sandpoint.

The public hearing referred to above is required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. Interested persons wishing to express their views on the issuance of the Series 2006 Note or on the nature and location of the facilities proposed to be financed or refinanced will be given an opportunity to do so at the public hearing or may, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments to Neil P. Moss, Executive Director, Idaho Health Facilities Authority, 1607 W. Jefferson, Boise, Idaho 83702. Comments at the public hearing are invited.
