NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for Crossings Development, Inc. and Willow Bay Holdings, LLC of 316 N. Second Avenue, Suite A-2- Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 for application to construct a new 85 slip community dock and reconstruction and expansion of a 27 slip, side ties, fuel service, pump out and launch ramp of Willow Bay Marina that will be a free day use public marina. Located on Pend Oreille River near Laclede, Idaho adjacent to: Sections 36, Township 56 North, Range 4 West, B.M., Bonner County, will be held MARCH 15, 2006M AT 7:30 PM at the SANDPOINT COMMUNITY CENTER located at 204 South First Avenue Sandpoint, ID 83860.
