LISA L. DAVIS and ALAN J. DAVIS, wife and husband,

Plaintiff,

vs.

SASHA B. WARLOW; and HENRY P. WARLOW and SANDRA A. WARLOW, wife and husband, individually and their marital community,

Defendant.

TO: HENRY P. WARLOW and SANDRA A. WARLOW.

You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty days after the date of the first publication of this summons, and defend the above-entitled action in the above-entitled court, and answer the complaint of the plaintiff and serve a copy of your answer upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff, at his office below stated; and in case of your failure so to do, judgement will be rendered against you according to the demands of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.

The object of this action is to obtain compensation for damages sustained when Plaintiff was involved in a motor vehicle accident on or about September 13, 2003, arising from the fault of Dependents.
