Verna Marie Buck

Verna Marie Buck passed away on Feb. 3, 2006, in Yuma, Ariz.

She was born Aug. 6, 1926, in Spokane, Wash., to Henry and Mabel Calvert. She was raised in Kootenai and also resided in Sandpoint, Fairbanks and Yuma.

Her family includes her children, Bobbie (John) McGhee of Yuma, Tom (Fran) McGhee, and Teddie and Connie Buck; seven grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Lloyd Calvert of Kootenai; and also a longtime special friend, Doug Dewey of Yuma, Ariz.

Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Ted F. Buck; a sister, Martha; and her parents.
