Wilma Sylvia Rucker, 90

Wilma Sylvia Rucker, 90, passed away on Sunday, Feb. 12, 2006, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Services and private burial, next to her husband John Rucker, will be held at Pinecrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Wilma was born on July 6, 1915, at the family farm near Skyberg, Minn., the daughter of Lawrence and Helena (Kvale) Lawson.

She married John G. Rucker on June 23, 1934, in Wanamingo, Minn. She moved to the Oden Bay area, where she and John raised their children. Her hobbies included quilt making and gardening.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Sherman and Sharon Rucker of Sandpoint; her daughter, Dianne Kaye Dymack of Sandpoint; six grandchildren, Tyann Ferguson, Steve Rucker, Shawn Rucker, Sherman Clay Rucker, Scott Rucker and Stacey Rucker; 16 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews in Minnesota and Mert Wardal of Sandpoint.

Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, John; a grandson, Stanley; and four brothers and four sisters.

Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Coffelt Funeral Service.
