REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified applicants to reply to a request for proposal (RFP) for the operation and development of the Hells Gate State Park Marina located in Hells Gate State Park, approximately two miles south of Lewiston, Idaho, on the Snake River. The operation includes a 100 slip marina, a 3500 sq ft building, a dry storage area, and 3.65 of undeveloped parking.

A site walkthrough for prospective bidders will be conducted at 10 A.M. on Friday August 12, 2005 at Hells Gate State Park. All responses to this RFP are to be received in writing no later than 5 p.m. on August 19, 2005.
