Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the City of Clark Fork City Council, Bonner County, Idaho, will hold a public hearing to receive any and all testimony both written and oral, concerning the proposed setting of inspection fees for the City of Clark Fork Fire Department, to as follows:

1. A fire code plan review for a structure of: 0-1000 sq. ft.- $100.00, 1001-5000 sq. ft.- $150.00, 5001-20,000 sq. ft.- $250.00, 20,001 and up sq. ft. $250.00 plus $50.00 per each additional 10,00 sq. ft. 2. A fire sprinkler plan review (including a compliance inspection) $150.00. 3. A sub-division road site inspection (including a compliance inspection) $150.00. 4. A wood stove insurance inspection $30.00. 5. A day care facility inspection $30.00. 6. Special permits per the International Fire Code $30.00 per hour- minimum of one hour.

The Public Hearing will be held at the City of Clark Fork City Hall at a special meeting of the City Council on March 6, 2006 at 6:30 pm.Written comment may be sent to the City of Clark Fork, P.O. Box 10, Clark Fork, Idaho, 83811.
