MEETING AND HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 9, 2006, will conduct a public meeting beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the site of the proposed "Golden Tee" planned unit development located at 151 Clubhouse Way and adjoining properties, for the purpose of a site review relating to Files ZC317-05, C832-05 and S1246-05. No public testimony will be taken at this time.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at the following times on Thursday, March 9, 2006, in Courtroom 4 of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

5:00 P.M. - FILE ZC317-05 - ZONE CHANGE REQUEST: AGRICULTURAL TO RURAL - VILLELLI ENTERPRISES, INC., ET AL. are seeking to rezone +/-126.4 acre from Agricultural (10-acre site area minimums) to Recreation (12,000 square foot site area minimums), together with a large-scale planned unit development, preliminary plat and reconfiguration of existing lots on 865 acres in the Hidden Lakes golf course area, 5 miles east of Kootenai on U.S. Highway 200 East. The property is located north and south of U.S. Highway 200 East in Section 36 Township 58 North, Range 1 West; Section 31, Township 58 North, Range 1 East, Section 2, Township 57 North, Range 1 West, Section 6, Township 57 North, Range 1 East, B.M. The majority of the site is currently zoned Recreation.

5:00 P.M. - FILE C832-05 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND FILE S1246-05 - GOLDEN TEE, GOLDEN TEE 1ST ADDITION & GOLDEN TEE 2ND THROUGH 11TH ADDITIONS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - VILLELLI ENTERPRISES, INC., ET AL. are proposing a large-scale planned unit development, preliminary plat and reconfiguration of existing lots on 865 acres in the Hidden Lakes golf course area, 5 miles east of Kootenai on U.S. Highway 200 East. The proposed development consists of a redesigned golf course, expanded commercial and recreational uses and facilities, 498 dwelling units (171 previously approved units), common area, 446 new residential lots, expansion of wastewater treatment and water services and a private solid waste collection and treatment site. The property is located north and south of U.S. Highway 200 East in Section 36 Township 58 North, Range 1 West; Section 31, Township 58 North, Range 1 East, Section 2, Township 57 North, Range 1 West, Section 6, Township 57 North, Range 1 East, B.M. The majority of the site is currently zoned Recreation.
