NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Jim Tracy of P.O. Box 477- Mountain Hope, Idaho 83647 made application to salvage prize logs from the bottom of Lake Pend Oreille in the Ellisport Bay, Kootenai Bay. Trestle Creek and Dover areas of the lake. Methodology will be the same as past salvage operations in the lake adjacent to: Section 35, Township 57 North, Range 1 East; B.M. and Sections 1 and 2, Township 56 North, Range 1 East; B.M; Sections 11, 12, 13, & 14, Township 57 North, Range 2 West; B.M. and Section 7, Township 57 North, Range 1 West; B.M.; Section 21, Township 57 North, Range 1 East; B.M.; and Sections 29 & 32, Township 57 North, Range 2 West; B.M., respectively, in Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 2550 Highway 2 West, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
