ORDINANCE NO. 245

The city of Clark Fork, Bonner County, Idaho hereby gives notice of the adoption of Clark Fork Ordinance No. 245, vacating public right-of-way and providing that the right-of-way revert to the property owners adjacent to the right-of-way being vacated.

A portion of Section 2, Township 55 North, Range 2 East, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, described as follows:

THat portion of the right-of-way depicted on the Clarksfork Subdivision, as recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 114, that abuts the northwestern boundary of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of Block 11 to the south side of the alley between Lots, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 and Lots 10, 11, and 12 of Block 11; the portion of the right-of-way that abuts the northwestern boundary of Lots 10, 11, and 12 of Block 11 from the north side of the alley between Lots, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 and Lots 10, 11, and 12 of Block 11 to the west line of Calahan Street; and that portion of the right-of-way that abuts the north west boundary of Lot 4 Block 12 from the east line of Calahan Street to the southern right-of-way of Highway 200.

THis ordinance further provides that the existing right-of-way, easements and franchise rights of any owner or public utility shall not be impaired by this vacation, as provided by law and provides that the Ordinance be effective upon the publication of this Summary.
