865 PENINSULA LOOP, PRIEST RIVER, IDAHO, TOGETHER WITH ALL appurtenances, fixtures, attachments, and improvements thereto and thereon,

Defendant.

To all interested persons in the above captioned case, notice is hereby given that the United States of America on December 16th, 2005, filed an action pursuant to 21 U.S.C. S881(a)(6) and 18 U.S.C. S981(a)(1)(C) for forfeiture of real property located at 865 Peninsula Loop, Sandpoint, Idaho, which is legally described as follows:

The North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, Township 57 north, Range 4 West, Boise MEridian, Bonner County, Idaho.

Together with a 30 foot Easement for Ingress, Egress and Utilities, over and across existing road which accesses property from Peninsula Loop Road.

Also together with an non-exclusive, non-commercial Easement for Ingress, Egress and Utilities, recorded as Instrument No. 574942, January 2, 2001.

Also together with a non-exclusive East for Ingress, Egress and Utilities, recorded as Instrument No. 577802, February 26, 2001.

Together with all appurtenances, fixtures, attachments, and improvements thereto and thereon.

All claimants to this property must file their claims, pursuant to Rule C of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and 18 U.S.C. S983(a)(4)(A), within thirty (30) days after final date of publication of this Notice, or within thirty (30) days after service of the complaint, whichever occurs first. Claimants must serve and file their answers, pursuant 18 U.S.C. S983(a)(4)(B), within twenty (20) days after the filing of the claim. All such claims and answers must be filed with the Office of the Clerk, United States District Court, West 920 Riverside Avenue, Spokane, Washington, 99201, (P.O. Box 1493, Spokane, Washington, 99210-1493), with a copy thereof sent to Assistant United States Attorney Jared C. Kimball, United States Attorneys Office, at P.O.
