NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, January 25, 2006, the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:
1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1189-05 - PINEYWOODS, FIRST ADDITION, REPLAT OF LOT 22 - PRELIMINARY PLAT- CLARENCE & ROBERTA KOOPAL are proposing to subdivide a +/-19.8 acre platted lot into 3 lots, between +/-5 and +/-9.80 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Dogwood Lane in Section 13, Township 55 North, Range 3 West, B.M.
1:45 P.M. - FILE S1191-05 - THE RIDGE AT SANDPOINT, FIRST ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - RICHARD & DIANA VOIT are seeking to subdivide a +/-77.56-acre parcel into four lots between +/-6.91 and +/-12 acres, and a +/-42.94-acre designated remainder. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Spades Road, in Section 4, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The Planning and Zoning Commission, at the regularly scheduled public hearing of December 1, 2005, recommended approval of this file to the Board of County Commissioners.
2:00 P.M. - FILE S1214-05 - RIO HILLS ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MARITA STEWART is seeking to subdivide a +/-39-acre parcel into seven lots between +/-5.04 and +/-8.32 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Cresthaven Road, +/-8 miles west of Sandpoint in Section 17, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, B.M. The Planning and Zoning Commission, at the regularly scheduled public hearing of December 1, 2005, recommended approval of this file to the Board of County Commissioners.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
