MEETING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Chapter 23, Title 67 of the Idaho Code, that for the next 12 months beginning with the February 8, 2006 meeting the Southside Water and Sewer District shall regularly meet on the second WEdnesday of each month at 2:00 p.m. at 1670 Lakeshore Drive, Sagle, Bonner County, Idaho.

When meetings, to be held, are scheduled at a location other tan the maintenance building, meeting notices shall be posted on the District's bulletin board located at the maintenance building notifying all interested persons of the location of such meeting.

Agenda notices for all regular District meetings shall be posted on the district's bulletin board located at the maintenance building at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

Notices for all special District Meetings shall be posted on the District's bulletin board located at the maintenance building at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
