NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, February 1, 2006, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1228-05 - GREEN BAY HEIGHTS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - GEORGE & KRISTINA ORTON are requesting to subdivide +/-+/-20.4 acres into four residential lots ranging in size from 5.02 acres to 5.14 acres. The site is zoned Recreation and is located on the Green Bay Road (USFS Road #532), east of Garfield Bay in Section 22, Township 56 North, Range 1 West.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1232-05 - MACUMBER MOUNTAIN VIEW TRACTS, REPLAT OF LOT 4A - PRELIMINARY PLAT - HUGH & SHIRLEY WORK are proposing to subdivide a +/-+/-10.09 acre platted lot into two 5-acre residential lots. The subject property is zoned Rural and is located on River Road +/-+/-6 miles southeast of Clark Fork in Section 32, Township 55 North, Range 3 East.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE AT THE BONNER COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT. STAFF REPORTS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT OR MAY BE VIEWED AT SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED HEARING.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
