RESOLUTION NO. 41

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF DOVER, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, IMPOSING EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURES PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, current weather conditions are causing a sever impact to public roadways and

WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council are empowered by Idaho Code to protect such public roadways and

WHEREAS, the operation of vehicles upon roads named but not limited to Pine Street, Lower Syringa Road, Upper Syringa Road and Ontario Street, over which the City has jurisdiction will cause damage to said roads due to climactic conditions affecting the safe and efficient use of said roads;

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Dover, County of Bonner, State of Idaho that:

Effective January 12, 2006 the emergency road closures are hereby duly imposed by the City Council.

Upon a motion and second to approve the foregoing resolution the following vote was recorded:

Jim Janish Aye

Upon the above council vote, the text of the foregoing was duly enacted as a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Dover, Idaho on this 12th day of January 2006.
