NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their regular meeting on Tuesday February 7, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:
1. A05-03 and ZC05-08 - A request by E.G. (Pete) Thompson & Allen Marley for zoning in conjunction with annexation of an approximately 21-acre parcel lying north of Schweitzer Cutoff Road, west of Sand Creek, and east and southeast of Vedelwood Subdivision. The property is located in a portion of Section 3, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M. The Applicants request an initial zoning designation of Residence "A" for the property.
2. S05-06 (Bridge View)- A request by Troy Krumenaker for preliminary subdivision approval of 1.88 acres into six (6) lots. The property is located in Section 27, Township 57 N, Range 2 W.B.M., and is southwest of the intersection of Merton and Elm streets. The zoning is Residential "A".
