PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint City Council will hold a public hearing at their regular meeting on Wednesday, February 15, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:

A05_02 and ZC05_07 - A request by Jerry and Dorothea Van Ooyen for zoning in conjunction with annexation of an approximately 10_acre parcel lying west of North Boyer Avenue north of its intersection with Schweitzer Cutoff Road. The property is described as the S 1 / 2 of the N 1 / 2 of the SW 1 / 4 of the SE 1 / 4 of Section 3, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M. The Applicant requests an initial zoning designation of Residence "A" for the property.
