NOTICE OF PUBLIC

HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT a public hearing before the City Council of the City of Clark Fork will take place at the city council meeting on February 13, 2006 at 7:00 P.M. at city of Clark Fork City Hall located at 110 E. 3rd Ave., Clark Fork, Idaho consider the vacation of the following right-of-way:

A portion of Section 2, Township 55 North, Range 2 East, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, described as follows:

That portion of the right-of-way depicted on the Clarksfork Subdivision, as recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 114, that abuts the northwestern boundary of Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of Block 11 to the south side of the alley between Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 and Lots 10, 11, and 12 of Block 11; the portion of the right-of-way that abuts the northern boundary of Lots 10, 11, and 12 of Block 11 from the north side of the alley between Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 and Lots 10, 11, and 12 of Block 11 to the west line of Callahan Street; and that portion of the right-of-way that abuts the northern boundary of lot 4 of Block 12 from the east right-of-way line of Callahan Avenue to the southern right-of-way line of Highway 200.

All persons desiring to be heard concerning said vacation of right-of-way should be in attendance. The file relating to this proposal is available for review in the office of the City Clerk at Clark Fork City Hall. Written comments may be submitted prior to the council meeting, but must be received by he City Clerk no later than 12:00 P.M., on February 13, 2006 in order to be considered as part of the record.
