Gated communities will result in segregation

Boy, I can't wait for James Willis' vision for Sandpoint to develop. Just think, a gated community on each block. I plan to carry a stick on my walks (Sandpoint is a walking town) and drag along the bars — clankity-clank. If one waits long enough we can wave to all those elitists as they drive their shiny BMWs in and out of the safety of their own little segregated world.

I also can't wait to pay out $250 for a round of golf, assuming the elitists let me on the greens in the first place.
