NOTICE TO CALL FOR BIDS

Bonner County Sheriff's Office Marine Patrol Vessel

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the following:

23' - 24' Aluminum Patrol Vessel with Enclosed Cabin Powered by a 225hp Outboard Engine.

Bids will be opened on the 9th of August, 2006, at 9:00 am in the Commissioners' Office at the Bonner County Courthouse, Sandpoint, Idaho. All bids must be presented or otherwise delivered to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners prior to the opening and shall be sealed. Bids shall be clearly labeled "SEALED BID Sheriff's Office - Marine Patrol Vessel." Bids shall be submitted to the Bonner County Commissioners, 215 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 by the 9th day of August, 2006.

Bid specifications and bidders' instructions are available from the Sheriff's Office, Marine Division, 4001 North Boyer, Sandpoint, Idaho, 208-263-8417, ext 257. Objections to contents of the specifications must be registered in writing to the Board of Commissioners at least ten (10) days prior to the opening of the bids. Objections not timely made will be deemed waived by the bidders.

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept the bid they deem to be in the best interest of the County.
