Scotchman Peaks talk was among best ever

On Monday, June 19, a very enthusiastic group from Sandpoint came to Spokane to do a presentation for the Spokane Mountaineers on the proposed Scotchman Peaks Wilderness Area.

This group is the Friends of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness.

In all my travels and presentations that I have attended, this dedicated group of people are simply the best. The digital Power Point slide show that Bill did, while Jan talked, was the very best digital presentation I have ever seen, bar none. Rarely is a digital show the quality that they presented. The projected images were crisp, sharp and inspirational. All of northern Idaho should be very proud to have such a quality organization amongst us.

If any of you out there haven't seen their presentation, I would suggest you attend the next show they do, and get involved with protecting this very valuable area.
