NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the city of Kootenai city council will hold a public hearing on the 7th day of August, 2006, at 7:00 p.m., at Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane St, Kootenai, Idaho for the purpose on hearing a conditional use permit request to allow the use of the residential structure on the property described below to be used as the office for the assisted living facility on the adjacent property for which a conditional use permit has previously been granted. The address of the subject property is 407 Third Street and is more particularly described as:

Lot 1 of ROBINSON'S ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 5 of Plats, Page 191, records of Bonner County, Idaho.

All persons desiring to be heard concerning said conditional use permit should be in attendance. Said application is available for review in the office of the City Clerk at Kootenai City Hall during regular business hours.
