you are hereby notified that Petitioners DANIEL HENDERSON and AMY HENDERSON have filed a Petition for Appointment of Co-Guardians and Co-Conservators, relating to the minor child, SHANE ATKINSON, DOB: 04/29/91.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a final dispositional hearing will be held in the District Court of the First Judicial District of the State of Idaho, in and for the County of Kootenai, Magistrate Division, at the Courthouse in Sandpoint, Bonner County, Idaho on the 12th Day of June, 2006, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock p.m., before the Honorable Debra Heise. The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgement or decree in the child's interest, which will be binding upon you, including the granting the relief sought in the Petition for Appointment of Co-Guardians and Co-Conservators.

At the time of said hearing, the court may enter a judgement against you without further notice, unless you appear to contest this action prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case Number, and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court and served a copy of your response on the Petitioners' attorney, as listed above.
