NOTICE OF PUBLIC

HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Kootenai, Bonner County, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at the city council meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m., on Monday, the 12th day of June, 2006, at 204 Spokane Street, Kootenai, Idaho, the purpose of which is to consider the adoption of the following fee and deposit schedule relating to Planned Unit Development applications.

A. Application Fees:

Planned Unit Development

(for 5 lots or more) $500

plus $50 per building lot

B. Deposit Fees:

Planned Unit

Development application $500

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Kootenai, P.O. Box 566, Kootenai, Idaho 83840, one week prior to the hearing date.
