Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that JD Lumber, Inc. of PO Box 55, Priest River, Idaho 83856 made application to lay a Ductile ion carrier pipe with enclosed sewer pipe, electrical power cables, and tlephone cable in Priest Lake. Located on Priest Lake, adjacent to: East Twin Island, Government Lot 4, Section 3, Township 61 North, Range 4 West, B.M., in Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 4053 Cavanaugh Bay Rd., Coolin, Idaho 83821 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice. Specific information regarding this application may be obtained from the Director, Department of Lands.

you are hereby notified that Petitioner LINDA HANEY has filed a Petition for Appointment of Guardian and Conservator, relating to the above minor child.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a final dispositional hearing will be held in the District Court of the First Judicial District of the State of Idaho, in and for the County of Kootenai, Magistrate Division, at the Courthouse in Sandpoint, Bonner County, Idaho on the 19th of June, 2006, at the hour of 1:30 o'clock p.m., before the Honorable Barbara Buchanan. The Court has authority in this suit to enter any judgement or decree in the child's interest, which will be binding upon you, including the granting the relief sought in the Petition for Appointment of Guardian and Conservator.

At the time of said hearing, the court may enter a judgement against you without further notice, unless you appear to contest this action prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case Number, and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court and served a copy of your response on the Petitioners' attorney, as listed above.
