NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, June 21, 2006, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:
1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1270-05 - UPLAKE RIDGE - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MICHAEL & LINDA HEATON are proposing to subdivide a 20.24 acre parcel into four lots of +/-5 acres each. The subject property is zoned Rural, and is located on Overlake View Road approximately 12 miles south of Sandpoint in Section 8, Township 55 North, Range 2 West.
1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1313-05 - ZONE 6 SUBDIVISION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - KEITH & LAURA CUTTER are requesting to subdivide a +/-20 acre parcel of land into four lots that are approximately 5 acres in size. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Berry Hill Road, +/-15 miles south of Sandpoint, in Section 20, Township 55 North, Range 2 West.
2:00 P.M. - FILE SS1300-05 TLC TRACTS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - THOMAS & MICHELE CLARK are requesting to subdivide a +/-20 acre parcel into two lots of 10 acres each. The site is zoned Agricultural and is located off of West Shingle Mill Road, +/-5-miles north of Kootenai in Section 32, Township 58 North, Range 1 West.
2:15 P.M. - FILE SS1278-05 - SPEAKS PLAT - PRELIMINARY PLAT - RICHARD & LINDA SPEAKS are seeking approval to subdivide a 13.4 acre parcel into two lots of 5 and 8.4 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Lakeshore Drive, +/-9 miles southwest of Sandpoint in Section 1, Township 56 North, Range 3 West.
2:30 P.M. - FILE SS1320-05 - HUGHES HEIGHTS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - ELIZABETH HUGHES is seeking approval to subdivide a 26-acre parcel into four residential lots ranging in size from 5.11 to10.06 acres. The site is zoned Rural and is located on Wood View Road, +/-3 miles west of Sandpoint, in Section 18, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M.
2:45 P.M. - FILE S1248-05 - THE RESERVE AT SELLE VALLEY - PRELIMINARY PLAT - WESTWINDS , LLC is seeking approval to subdivide a 78-acre parcel into 7 residential lots ranging in size from 10 to 14.38 acres. The site is zoned Agricultural and is located on Colburn-Culver Road, +/-7 miles northeast of Sandpoint, in Section 22, Township 58 North, Range 1 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of May 4th recommended approval of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.
Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
