Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that a PUBLIC HEARING for Willow Bay Holdings. LLC of 899 E. Bottle Bay Road- Sagle, Idaho 83860 for application to reconstruct and expand Willow Bay Marina that includes 139 slips, side ties, fuel service, pump out and launch ramp, some will be free day use and the remainder a commercial marina. Located on Pend Oreille River near Laclede, Idaho adjacent to: Section 36, Township 56 North, Range 4 West, B.M., Bonner County will be held June 22, 2006, AT 7:00 PM at the SANDPOINT COMMUNITY CENTER located at 204 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, ID 83860.
