TO: THE HEIRS AND DIVISEES OF WELLINGTON F. SHARAI, deceased; and, each unknown party, whose true name is unknown, being an unknown owner, or an unknown heir or devisee of a deceased unknown owner,claiming any right, title, claim or interest in or to the following described real property: All of Block 6, Sharai's Addition to East Hope, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Book 1 of the Plats, Page 153, records of Bonner County, Idaho; EXCEPTING THEREFROM right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 10-A (200)(2); and, that part of Government Lot 3, Section 35, Township 57 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, lying West and South of Highway 2 (200) and West and South of the original 400 foot wide charter right of way of the Northern Pacific Railway, EXCEPT Block 6 of Sharai's Addition to East Hope, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 153, records of Bonner County, Idaho:

You have been sued by SANDRA BUTLER, the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-2006-00634.

The nature of the claim against you is quieting of title to real property.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this Summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at Bonner County Courthouse, 215 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, (208)265-1432, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiffs' attorney at the office of Stephen F.
